Purpose of committee or group:
The technology team meets so that they may effectively communicate to administrators, teachers and parents about the management as well as the short term and long term educational planning of the SAS technology program.

Expectations of Participation:
  • Contribute actively without dominating.
  • Keep the students at the focal point of your decisions.
  • Be hard on the ideas but easy on the people.
  • Seek to understand before being understood.
  • Honor the decision made by the existing group.

Educational Outcomes:
We will have discussed the structure of the technology plan to be completed by June 2013 so that it can be explained to others.
We will have discussed the structure of the review team that will conduct the technology plan review.
We will have determined individual responsibilities in the development of the technology plan.

Managerial Outcomes:
We will have addressed the management concerns or issues in each division so that we are able to report back to principals.
